Heartland Rodeo 2006

• Dates: May 20 - 21, 2006
• You must be 21 years of age with valid ID in your possession to purchase and/or consume alcoholic beverages.
• Food soft drinks and adult beverages will be available at the rodeo grounds no outside food or beverage permitted.

• The Sarpy County Fairgrounds is located in Springfield NE. Springfield is approximately 10 miles south of Omaha on Highway 50. Map

• Rodeo Tickets are $12.00 per day at the gate/ $10.00 in advance. Children under 12 are admitted to the rodeo free.
• To order tickets, please send your request and check to: HGRA - P.O. Box 3354 - Omaha, NE 68103 or use the Paypal option at hgra.net on the rodeo page. Deadline for advanced ticket sales is May 6, 2006. Tickets are non-refundable.

• Book your reservation now at the Ramada Inn Limited! The rate is $68.95 +tax/night 1-4 people. For reservations, please call 402-896-9500. Group name of "Heartland Rodeo" must be mentioned to receive these special rates. The Ramada Inn Limited is located at I-80 and Hwy 50 and is approximately 5 minutes from the rodeo grounds. Your reservation must be made by May 1st 2006 to receive these rates.

• There will be a limited number of campsites with hookups available at the rodeo grounds. Camping is limited to contestants, officials, and volunteers. Contestants will be given first consideration and will be on a first come first serve basis.

• Heartland Rodeo is an IGRA sanctioned rodeo and all 2006 IGRA Rodeo Rules apply. Registration will be held at the rodeo grounds from 8AM - 11AM Saturday May 20. The rodeo will start at 4:00PM on Saturday and approximately noon on Sunday

• There are only 25 horse stalls in the barn area. Once these stalls are filled, contestants will be allowed to set up portable panels on the grounds. We will be assigning stalls as registrations and deposits are received. If you want a stall, register early. All contestants bringing horses will be required to submit a $25.00 deposit per horse. Horse stalls will be available May 19th at 8am and must be vacated by noon on May 22nd. Contestants will be required to pay a cleaning deposit fee of 25.00 per horse stall at horse check in. If stall is cleaned at check out, the deposit will be refunded. No tack stalls available

• Awards dinner will be held Sunday evening after the rodeo in conjunction with the awards ceremony

• Advertising/Sponsorship - Advertising packages are available from $50.00 to $5000 and offer a variety of benefits to your business/organization. Benefits include advertising in the Heartland Rodeo Program, banners at the rodeo grounds and at events held throughout the year, tickets to the rodeo, and linking your website to ours. 1000 copies of the program will be circulated rodeo weekend. This is an excellent opportunity to advertise your company's diversity in a market projected to generate $500 billion annually.

• Our Rodeo program will be distributed to clubs and organizations in Omaha and Lincoln, as well as handed to every spectator that attends the Heartland Rodeo. This alone will get you exposure to over 1,000 potential customers. What a wonderful opportunity to show your support to the GLBT communities nationwide. It will also be available for viewing on our website.

• Vendor space will be available. The fee is $75.00 for a single booth and $25.00 for Non-Profit Organizations. This fee includes 2 vendor tickets for both Saturday and Sunday.
• 1 table and 2 chairs are available at no additional cost. No food or drink items may be sold.
